The rooms here are pretty nice, they come with a printer, a good-sized terrace, and even a microwave to use 🌟. They are also quite spacious and comfortable.

The customer service is excellent, they offer a shuttle to the airport. Make sure you stay in a double room with a balcony, printer, and fridge. The staff is well-trained and very professional.

There are 2 Best Western Hotels in the same building. The BW and the BW Plus. First we spent one night in BW, then we were invited to BW Plus. That was good, that met our expectations. Staff very friendly. Good location in SJ. Very clean and very well slept! The sangria bar was very tasty!

The BW (without Plus in the hotel name) is a 2 ** hotel, the BW Plus is a real ****!

My stay at Irazu Hotel & Studios in San Jose was perfect for our last night in Costa Rica. The hotel was larger than expected and offered a coupon for a free drink at one of the three listed places. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax, especially the hot tub in the evening after a day of activities. We even spotted two different types of parrots in the surrounding trees. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the free breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit like pineapple, was delicious. Despite a few minor issues like a broken doorknob and a non-functioning coffee pot, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel staff could have been more attentive, but it didn't diminish our enjoyment. Despite these small drawbacks, I would highly recommend Irazu Hotel & Studios. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.

Very comfortable beds

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They even took the time to interact with our kids, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and our room was lovely. The wifi was surprisingly fast and reliable, and the location was convenient for getting to and from the airport. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!
